He's well respected guy. So here's his take:

"The contact comes clearly before the ball gets there."

"The reciever ran into the defender" (with respect to overtime interception)

"Helmet to helmet... yep." "Interference... yep"

"Goff and the Rams should have been awarded a first down for a facemask in their last drive of regulation. But this was a lot less egregious than the missed PI."

"This has to lead to something moving forward... you cannot have errors that are this costly."

This may not be the thread for it, but can we start the discussion that the nfl makes calls to directly influence the outcome of games?

Can we talk about how they do bad calls on bad shite directly in our face like we are stupid and don’t see it?

Can we please hold the nfl accountable: Saints, Cowboys, Texans, Falcons, Panthers and all of us?? This is getting ridiculous and I can’t be the only one fed up with the nfl’s shite

Welcome to the party pal. Sorry the nfl doesn’t want New Orleans even though they more than earned their shot

SVP is just spouting what the NFL told him to.

If it trickled down to the Ncaa would be a great side benefit. It's actually quite maddening that we have all the technology we have and in the last few years have had several terrible calls in all sports leagues.

Sorry I didn’t see Saints fans complaining when the refs let them cheap shot Favre nearly every play in that title game.

Saints fans just knew that the Rams would fold. They knew Goff couldn’t handle the pressure.

Hell Apple was taunting our coach during the game. In the end we made the plays while the Saints didn’t.

Bad calls happen. Good teams overcome them. Brees had s chance in OT and couldn’t get it done

See you in the Super Bowl

Of course not because every shot on Favre was legal

It's hard to make a play when the DB tackle the WR. That was the play to win.

This is all fine. But for a multi billion dollar league can we just get some quality officiating? Is that too much to ask for?

We always talk about overcoming calls to win a game. That happens...across the board to every team that suits up.. What we had today was a no call that changed the outcome of a game with near certainty, unprecedented in such a high profile situation

If you really believe that...,.,

Saints had multiple plays that should have been called roughing or late hits. Didn’t see Favre crying after the game.

Didn’t see Brees crying tonight either, much respect to him. Always liked Brees.

Josina Anderson

Yeah I’m not suprised. She defended Odell giving an interview with Lil Wayne and throwing his QB under the bus

What’s Josina Anderson’s deal? She looked like she just sucked off half the team and took a couple of creampies during her locker room interviews of the Rams.

The NFL is going to have to lay down a more objective set of PI criteria than what currently exists.

That and her recent twitter feed just gave me a bad vibe for a professional journalist employed by an unbiased sporting news station (ESPN).

Well there’s never been any criteria that didn’t include what happened

The overtime interception was ok, but the no call on that pass to Lewis was insane.

That play has been pass interference since the day the rule was implemented.

Might want to check with Falcon fans so they can tell you what it’ll feel like when Brady drags his nuts over your face.
