The super bowl is an event. Millions of people who will watch likely couldn’t tell you who’s playing in it. Ratings will be high every year regardless

I agree with you, but more because of this being a "final straw" for alot of people.
-All the kneeling bullshite and the ignorance and entitlement of the players being thrown in the face constantly and alienating the actual fans that pay for tickets
-Goodell being a piece of shite for over a decade now
-"We're all about player safety!" -yea, let's enforce the rules (which are bullshite) only half the time and when it's convenient. Let's also make players play on Thurs nights on 3 days rest.
-Beat the shite out of a woman - let's cover it up as long as we can and then we'll play PC police IF and only IF it comes out
There's a ton of reasons why this could be the straw that broke the camel's back for alot of people. I will certainly watch the game because I love football and our Super Bowl Party is one of my favorite days of the year, but I can certainly see how plenty of casual fans will not give a frick about this game and are tired of the lunacy
