Toto Wolff moving positions

Ownership change with Wolff and what is rumored to be Stroll taking the lead and Daimler leaving or at least taking a much smaller role.

Not sure how much is confirmed or who gets what, however Daimler looks to be selling/trading their stake to Stroll. Stroll naming an MB guy as leader at Aston Martin kind of shows the hand of who will own Aston coming soon.

Aston Martin Force Point Racing India poised to become the B team behind Mercedes and Toto seens satisfied enough go stay.

Lawrence must really love his kid.

Don't forget he pretty much bought Aston Martin along the way.

Daimler might have been in his ear for a bit and all the pieces were falling in place.

Also looks like Williams is poised to make their own announcement about partnerships and the future of the team.

Welp, apparently Williams news is that they are done with Rockit as a sponsor and Williams is officially up for sale.

Sad.

Williams press/earnings release

Maybe Papa Stroll needs another team.

Good, maybe Wolff's resignation stops Mercedes' dominance.

Why does it seem like so many teams struggle so much in F1? Struggle to compete, struggle to make money... It just seems really uneven between the top teams and the rest.

Money. Support. The big 3 (Mercedes, Ferrari, Red Bull) have like twice or three times the budget and staff than the middle of the road teams. You really have to have someone like stroll come in and buy Force India, buy Aston Martin, etc to even really begin to compete.

But hopefully some of that changes in 2021 with Mercedes engines

For not having a season, the last two weeks have been very interesting in F1 news.

Politics more interesting than the racing, nothing new for F1
