Jenkins. I say "rival" but the football team was so bad that you probably couldn't even call it that. I think they beat my HS something like 70ish to 0 back in 07

Dumb considering he (1) makes millions of dollars, (2) would go to PMITA federal prison,(3) has no way to guarantee the third leg of the parlay, and (4) would have had to place the bet during pregame warmups.
