St. Louis Cardinals win game 10K since joining NL in 1892

Defeat Cleveland 4-0
This has been a weird and frustrating season so far. Really looked like they had what it took to contend in the Central and NL, and still could, but inconsitency and from what I've been able to see a really shaky bullpen has killed any momentum they ever seem to gather.
Fowler especially has been hard to watch, still with a smoking hot BA of .169. Had 2 doubles yesterday, so hopefully he can get his head out of his arse soon.

They're dicking around too much with Bader -- I know they paid Fowler a lot, but Bader has the rare power/speed combo and Matheny has him platooning with Fowler who can't even hit his body weight.
That and and the bullpen are killing this team. I don't know if Matheny will survive another year of missing out on October, almost hoping for them to miss out just so Matheny will be gone

Fire Matheny and the whole front office. 3 years in a row for the Cardinals is simply not okay.
But the douchebags up top don't give a shite is the thing. A small market team even with 3 years of no playoffs is still 3rd in MLB in attendance at 41,760 per game. That and the new TV deal is all that matters for them, they raking.

Right? If I told you the starters lead the NL in ERA and the team is second in the NL in home runs, would you think they'd only be 5 games over .500 at this point??
