Sports Media is acting as if it's a foregone conclusion that the Blazers will play the Lak

"Will the Lakers get past the Blazers?"

"Lebron vs Dame"

"Portland could very well upset LA"

Talk about overlooking. They still have to beat the Grizz to even get IN....who btw are best in the NBA in points in the paint and they can defend the 3.

It really doesn't matter to me who gets in, but now with this presumptuous attitude displayed by the media, it makes want to pull for Memphis...just to stick it to them.

did you see what dame did the last week? There is no way a b side teams keeps him out the playoffs. His running mate has a broke back, he is breaking in two guys who have tons of rust, they got melo out there on D Not guarding anybody. It doesn’t matter.

Truly great player, truly great leader, not allowing his team to lose.

They should be. Memphis misses JJJ big time. Also, Memphis has to win twice.

Memphis gonna win 2 against the Blazers...

Then get beat in 4.

Doesn't matter who wins... Grizz or Blazers...

Lakers will sweep.

They are only in the play in game because the Bucks laid down yesterday.

Total bullshite bro. PHX had 4 teams lay down but MEMPHIS got in bc 1 team laid down? Utterly laughable. Had Memphis played the PHX schedule with teams not even trying they would have been far ahead of PHX.

lol that the Blazers win more than one game against the Lakers, and that’s being nice. Who is going to guard Lebron? Melo?

1-1 vs blazers this year. Loss was an OT loss and Grizz almost won in regulation. Grizz can beat them. It's not a given the blazers win.

You haven’t been watching lately if you don’t think there’s a 95% chance Portland will beat Memphis

the restart ratings are shite. the NBA needs the Lakers to win the title.

watch them get a grizz>>thunder>>nuggets>>raptors path

instead of blazers>>>rockets>>clippers>>bucks

You realize the Grizz haven’t been the same team in the bubble. Plus they have to beat Portland twice...Portland only has to win one

If Memphis has JJJ they’d be taken a lot more seriously. I don’t think it’s guaranteed Memphis loses but they do have their work cut out for them.

Why is there this idea that the Blazers are some juggernaut that can't be stopped? They play zero defense and Dame is having to score 40 and 50 points just to barely win these games.

It’s more of an internet meme than a reality. Local blazers fans here know the team’s defense is shite and anyone can give us a run right now.

The Blazers will likely be 8+ point favorites in Game 1 vs Memphis. Hell, may even touch double digits.
