Just ask CBK if notre dame is more desirable.

Lol at Ole Miss having a higher academic ranking than LSU.

It’s almost as if they picked which variables to include in order to create a desired outcome.

Lol at LSU and Alabama being that close in academics. Alabama is objectively a better school, largely due to the football program

And it’s almost like they used the total rather than the average because SEC schools have lower academic rankings but dominate in everything else. Obviously picked metrics and used shitty, elementary stat calculation to make Texas, Ohio State, Notre Dame, Michigan, etc. look better

Yea. I’ve never seen them higher in any legitimate academic ranking and Alabama is typically higher than LSU. Our idiots are dumber that theirs.

Why are all sports factored into the football program

It keeps the Michigans, STanfords and Texas relevant. Which they aren't in football.

This list is insulting. How the frick can you rank TAMU/Auburn's football programs ahead of LSU?
TAMU hasn't been relevant in like 30 years and AU hasn't been relevant since sCam Newton. They had some competitive seasons but how the hell can anyone rank them ahead of LSU.
Don't even get me started on ranking Iowa or the Penn State's of the world ahead of LSU a university who's arguably second only to Bama in the SEC with 4 NC appearances and 3 titles in 2 decades. Miles era was also pretty damn consistent except his final few years in a much tougher schedule/conference than what Iowa or Penn State have to deal with every year. That's just the football rankings. Good god this list is awful.

What does “desirability” mean?
And the vast majority of schools have good individual academic programs, but overall is another story. Just like an athletic department. Some sports are better than others.

Sports Illustrated sucks dick. I don’t know how they make money putting out garbage. It’s like the National Enquirer covering sports.

I think you may be misrepresenting what this is. I can only assume, however, since you did not link the actual article and the screen cap you posted says desirability rating rather than football program rating. No idea what the criteria was for any of it.
Nice troll post.

These "factors" seem totally random.

Largely, you say. It's their life.
