Unfortunately, Gavin Newsome won’t care about what it does to the schools.

California still has not amended its guidelines to allow for cohorts of larger than 12 to practice together at any given time. Forget 7 on 7

How does the offense look? I know the defense is supposed to be stellar but breaking in a new QB and some new o linemen could be an issue for an already lethargic offense.

Good for the west coast

I barely watch the pac 12 I'm usually out or passed out by the time big game even starts

Rarely it's even a big game

Or watching SEC football I cant even try to care about the pac 12 lol good news for Oregon tho

Clearly the most talented

I think the coordinator held us back. Actually think Oregon will get better playcalling.

No reason for the Mountain West Conference not to play

Whether indoor or outdoors, anyone aged 18 to 22 years old will not be allowed to gather for two weeks beginning Thursday at 4 p.m.

Is this even legal? Not only freedom of assembly but picking out a certain age group. F those commies.

Moorhead was a fantastic hire.

Honestly this was a year where Oregon was still building for real contention in 2021 with those recruiting classes developing. You were going to lose to Ohio State and not make the CFP anyway. But I expected 11-1/10-2 and a fiesta bowl win to be a surge of momentum into next year. Those goals are still ahead of you guys.

You’re probably right but there is a lot of optimism about a monster front 7.

re: Sources saying PAC 12 voted to play

It's unclear how the news will impact the Pac-12's return-to-play timeline, but it represents a major setback after optimism grew a week ago. If Colorado cannot practice until Oct. 8, it casts doubt on the Buffaloes' ability to be ready to play by either of the dates under discussion, Oct. 31 and Nov. 7.

Last week, governors from both California and Oregon indicated they would not prevent schools in their state from playing football this fall, however, California still has not amended its guidelines to allow for cohorts of larger than 12 to practice together at any given time. The County of Los Angeles will not enforce any restrictions beyond what's required by the state, it said last week, and the County of Santa Clara, where Stanford is located, said it will require the school to submit a safety plan before giving the green light to practice.

Boulder's order also requires CU students to monitor and report symptoms for COVID-19 and includes stay-at-home orders at 36 addresses in the city.

The order says those who do not comply are subject to fines of up to $5,000 and up to 18 months in jail.

That's fricked up

It's all about government bailouts. The internal polls are in Trumps favor so a self imposed death penalty isn't an option now. What a frickin joke the PAC12 and Big10 are.

re: Sources saying PAC 12 voted to play
So LA County still has a ban on people in groups commingling, coming together whatever you want to call it.

How are USC and UCLA going to practice?

Is the County just going to give them a waiver?

Did the Pac12 make a deal with the County?

Newsom already said they had an exception.
