By rule a 10 sec runoff inside of 2 minutes when you go from a stopped clock to a running clock

If it was ruled down instead of a touchdown, there's no way the Lions get a play off and probably not even spiking before the game is over. With the play reversed, by rule you have a 10 second runoff.
