So the mob wants to cancel based on unclear rules

They want to make a big deal about this. But what are the rules about what’s acceptable/not acceptable. If it’s that big of a deal, then give us the rules. Is there a time limit? So is everything before 2010 forgotten? And who can say it? Can a white person and black person be cancel if they say the same thing? Give us the rules to follow.
I don’t mind if gruden gets cancelled as long as someone from a different race/gender/sexual orientation has the same fate for doing the same thing. It would be true equality that I keep hearing. If you want special preferences for certain groups, just say it and stop preaching equality.

Mean emails, mean words = bad and lose your career
Domestic violence, racism from anyone besides a white person = fine and 5-6 chances depending on how fast your are

I don't think I've seen bigger victims in my life. Like these dudes sound like battered women. Kind of want to tell them it's okay and everything is gonna be alright!

If you want to be upset about how you think some group of people gets let off easy...go right ahead...
but that opinion doesnt make what gruden did any better. If you made the comments in a work email about your coworkers, or boss, or even the boss of another company, youre getting fired.
