So is Trevor Lawrence the best true freshman qb we have ever seen?

The guy has the IT factor already as a true freshman. Some like DeSean Watson, Vince Young work their way up to it in the big game but this kid is already there. Name some other young qb's that had it this early?

Hes pretty good. Trevor Knight lit Alabama up just like this a few years ago though

Peyton Manning was good but not on the level of Lawrence this early.

Tim Couch was good as a freshman but Bill Curry had him splitting time with fricking Billy Jack Haskins. Started as a sophomore and beat Alabama, set a bunch of Kentucky records.

Normally in a game as big as this. True Freshmen show their age and play poorly. I gave Clemson 0 shot at all to win because of this.

Lawrence is a true freshman who would go #1 in the NFL draftin 2019, 2020, or 2021.
