Why was Jahlil Okafor even picked that high to begin with?
Can you imagine the 76ers lineup had they taken Porzingis with that pick instead?

Back then, Okafor was the known commodity and teams were wary drafting Porzingis. Obviously hindsight is 20/20 so they should’ve taken KP over Okafor but at the time, Jahlil was the safer prospect

Okafor averaged 17/7 his rookie year. Obviously he the 76ers were a terrible team so alot of those stats may have been empty. But I'm just wondering if it's possible for Okafor to develop into a good player at all.
