Actually it's exactly like listening to someone's huddle and nothing like bugging the OC.

Yes.

And no one wanted a coach talking in their helmet.

I’d rather get used to an earpiece than get beat.

Or like I said go to a completely different system. Football did it with cards and also does it audibly

There’s no issue with stealing signs, its how it was done by the Astros that’s the issue.

When a runner gets on second, he will often signal to the batter what signs he’s seeing or where the catcher is lining up.

The issue with the stros is they used technology to do it all of the time. A camera 100% of the time and then allegedly using a program to decipher what was happening. Once they figured it out, they knew when certain pitches were coming due to the camera and were banging trash cans to indicate what was on its way.

They cheated, got caught, and should vacate the title... However, there shouldn’t be anyone named in their place, as you never know how it would have played out without them. They just don’t deserve to have it.

No it is not even close. The catcher is out on the field of play signalling the pitcher. Why can't you catch that action on camera, learn to decipher it and relay to your batter? NFL uses radios to qb

Or is it the fact that MLB is behind the times on the use of technology and the Astros saw a competitive advantage and exploited it?

I'm not on either side of the arguement..but the pitcher sure gets a LOT of help. He gets signs from the catcher, who gets signs from the manager, who is reading computer model printouts.
It sure seems unfair with all the help the pitcher gets as well

Heres what you need to know.

It is legal to steal the other teams signs. They do it all the time.

But its not legal to use cameras in center field to steal those signs. No technology can be used to steal signs.

Hope this helps..
