Should the Astros move to a new city for a fresh start?

If yes then which city should the franchise move to and what should they change their name to?

Yes! They should be the 3rd New York team and or move to New Jersey. They could move to Long Island or Newark. New York could easily support a third team and then give Houston and expansion team as part of the 32 team MLB with 16 in each league and get rid of interleave play.

Maybe they can switch leagues and become an NL team.

The Mexico City Conquistadors.
Put them in Triple A and bring in promotion/relegation like in European leagues.

They should fold the franchise. It’s not like Houston would miss them. They had viewerships of 0.0 before they started cheating.

I'm sure Dallas would love to have a team, but it's not a world-class city like Houston, so it won't happen.

Neither of them are world class cities.

Personally I think the Astros should double down. They were not doing anything that a lot of other teams have not done. Looking at you Boston and Arizona to name a few. I'm being serious and I could not care less about the Astros.

I propose a moratorium on dumb threads about the Astros. You want to go on about cheating? Fine. I have no problem with that.
But it's threads like these that are asinine.
I agree with you 100 percent.

No, they should just embrace being the villain. When asked to apologize they should respond I ain’t sorry for winning. If asked if they could do it all over again what would they do different, they should respond with not get caught. Soon it would be cool and they would have a unique fan base.

I think New Orleans would be an interesting choice... fan base would not change much and a change of scenery/rebranding could do wonders to erase the stigma.
