Should RG3 have not rushed to come back?

Since the other thread got anchored due to my bad thread title, I started a new thread.

Here is my OP from that thread.

quote:

Played 2 games. Looked like shite in each game until Green Bay and Philly started playing soft coverage after they got big leads.

Actually Philly always plays soft coverage so NM.

Anyone think he should've waited another month or so to come back?

He clearly doesn't look physically even 75% of what he was last year. The Redskins could really be in trouble looking at their schedule if he doesn't get it together.

Look at the next 8 weeks of their schedule:

vs. Detroit - no pushover, and Suh might destroy him.
@ Oakland - Yeah its Oakland, but that game won't be a cakewalk either.
BYE
@ Dallas - Huge divisional game. Romo and Dez could have a field day against their secondary.
vs. Chicago - Cutler and Marshall vs that secondary.
@ Denver - LULZ.
vs. San Diego - Another game that won't be a cakewalk. San Diego should be 2-0, but they choked a 21 point lead against Houston.
@ Minnesota - Perhaps the only game the Redskins could be favored in because of Ponder.
@ Philadelphia - May be favored in this one too. Vick, McCoy, and DJax health is important in this one.

They could have their playoff hopes ended by Week 8 if he doesn't make a drastic turnaround in the next few weeks.

I think the Redskins should have taken the same strategy used by the baseball team from the same market. They should have sat RGIII during last year's playoffs so that he didn't put himself at risk for the 2013 regular season.

I thought Shanahan and Snyder were pieces of shite before the playoff fiasco. Not sure how someone can root for the Redskins with those crooks leading the organization. Also, their fans cross dress and put pig snouts on their faces.

Regarding RG3, I like the guy and think he will be ok in the long run so long as he goes to another squad.

I think RG3 is healthy physically, not mentally.

After seeing the video of the knee procedure he had done, I don't know how he'll ever get back to 100%.

Shanahan cares of no one but himself. He will cut RGIII's career in half.

Should he have gone the Derrick Rose route?

When do you think he should have come back and not be rusty?

Honestly I don't know if there's a right answer.

AD was rusty at the beginning last year too but he's also a RB and RG3 is the most important player on the Redskins.

But the way their defense is playing, they need him to play extraordinary if they wanna win games.

Right now he's nowhere near extraordinary.
