Scale 0-10, how much interest do you have in the NBA?

Before the Pels got rid of AD and made changes to management... A two.
I followed the NBA and kept up with what was going on, but I'm more of a fair weather Pels fan. I keep up with them, but don't make any extra effort to watch them play when they are a shite show. Also doesn't help that I figured the Warriors would win the title before game 1 of the season. My interest creeped up to a 3-4 during the playoffs when it seemed like the Warriors might actually lose.
With the new Pels front office, and the new draft, I would put it at about a 7 now.

I casually follow the goings-on during the season, but rarely watch an entire game. I will tune into the Finals though and follow the draft somewhat because I'm much more of a college basketball fan

regular season - 3ish
I'll watch big games or if I just stumble on a game and I don't want to watch anything else. Just kinda a bored filler type thing.

Like baseball, the season is just too long to be interested until about halfway through the playoffs. Seems like half the league gets in the playoffs.

It fluctuates. A few years ago I was probably a 4-5 for the Hawks. Until recently I was more like a 1-2, then maybe a 5 for the playoffs.
I like the young core of the Hawks so maybe that'll ramp up. I like the game I just don't like everything that goes with it. I'm not really shitting on the players there, but I don't think it's debatable that NBA media concerns itself with personality conflict and off court drama more than any other pro sport media. I guess it makes sense considering personalities are bigger/more prominent when rosters are smaller.
I just don't think I align well with hardcore NBA fans, but the product is good.

Casual Pelicans fan here. When we had AD I had almost no interest in the team. You could tell it was ran horribly and AD himself was someone I just never took to or cheered for.
Now...I am for the first time in a long time, excited to watch Pelicans basketball.
