Yes, before Sager got sick he was kind of known as a jerk/douche behind the scenes. Everyone in the industry thought he was a bad imitation of Don Cherry and his "look" was all a forced and a put on just to get noticed. TNT and the lapdog nba media blew him up into a folk hero and the twitter-points came a flowing.

Hey said they weren’t going to contest anything

I think It’s the legal hassle that bothered him.

Think if your dad only left you annattorney’s bill.

Doesn't shock me. Sager probably had a couple of side chicks and one of those chicks convinced him to give all his money to her.

Yeah, because I'm sure you would be completely happy having a substantial amount of money that was your father's go to a gold digger

eta: taking it to social media is in such poor taste. you really would assume his upbringing would give him the common sense to not post legal matters on twitter, but stupidity has no bounds

The son went into debt with medical bills providing two bone marrow transplants to his dad to try and save his life/extend it and yet wasn’t repaid or given anything in the will. That is fricked up IMO. The second wife that is getting everything seems like a pretty shitty person too.

It wouldn't surprise me if he was more of a nice around the "people who mattered" and turned around and treated the "lesser folks" like garbage.

Interesting. Wonder if there are any stories that will come out eventually.

Yeah if that’s true, then Sager was a POS. That’s incredibly messed up.

Damn that’s really messed up. Kid was out there championing his dad and even participated in a bone marrow transplant I believe. You would honk his son would be left with some type of inheritance.

Also crazy that the wife is out there accepting awards and foundation money on Craig’s behalf, also becoming as a spokesperson for the Sager.

Gotta wonder a little bit how the Turner guys feel about this

You have a link for this? I'm guessing he has pretty good health insurance, and it's not like he was scratching a broke ass. My insurance is max $5k out of pocket.

They are probably aware of it. Which Turner guys do you think care?

Saw this on r/NBA. A tweet from someone that knows his wife

quote:

PS-Stacy if you see this SHAME ON YOU for not letting Kacy/Craig/Krista visit the day before Sr passed Who cares if it was your anniversary? He was their dad before you decided to shack up with a married man. You couldn’t even spare 1 hr. for them to see him? #RustedTrophyWife

Seriously? Very difficult situation for your dad to have a second family and basically kick his original kids to the curb.

And you don’t know their names. But you do know the Sager name. That’s the difference between Goverment welfare and real wealth.
