Herbert looks like he may end up the best QB (although SD does seem to be better overall regardless of QB), but that’s a lot different than saying Cinci messed up, especially since Burrow was the local player. And injury aside (which wasn’t his fault obviously), I think Burrow has shown enough for Cinci to he happy, even if Herbert ends up the best.

So I think there is a good chance both Cinci and SD will be happy with their picks, since multiple teams can be happy with the specific positional player they drafted.
