Yeah, calling back the chiefs td by penalty in the game almost cost them the super bowl

Yea refs were terrible. They tried and tried all night to give game to bengals, but big dick mahomes wouldnt let them.

-first drive toney td, ref called incomplete
- pacheco rushing td they called holding
(2 tds off board)
- burrow throws his 2nd int, 10seconds later a flag flies for pass interference to bail them out.

All game long the refs tried, and mahomes had to overcome. Unreal really

Yeah the Bengals were holding the entire game and Burrow still couldn't win it. Looked like Dak Prescott out there.

The ball moved on the ground during the "catch."

The defender hit Hurst a half second before the ball arrived.

There were plenty of examples of crappy officiating on both sides, but 2/3 of your examples aren't even examples. I'll give you the holding call.

Did the refs throw 2 picks?

They didn't determine the game. They were just shitty.

All of those were the correct calls

The only blatantly awful call IMO, was the 3rd down "do over" the Chiefs got in the 2nd half. I don't think I've ever seen a play run from start to finish. Have all of the players, including the offense, walk off the field after failing to convert...only to then have the officials come in and say "sorry, that play didn't count. We "blew it dead" before the snap...although NO ONE else apparently knew that. Please come back out and run it again."

I know Arrowhead Stadium gets loud. But it's not exponentially louder than many NFL and college stadiums. I've never seen every single player go through the play, then walk off the field after it's conclusion with no one ever thinking the play had been blown dead before it started. KC ultimately punted, so it didn't seem to significantly affect the game. But that was a head scratcher.

add in that on the re-do, Mahomes got sacked very quickly (best Cincy pass rush all night), and yet a ref had enough chutzpah to throw a ticky tack defensive holding on the secondary to give the automatic first down. Quickly followed yet another pass interference that the ref expert for the broadcast said “I didn’t see enough there to throw the flag.”

It was just fricking weird how they were picking at details in the remaining minutes of the game but would typically just let them play in the post season on the final drives for entertainment purposes.

It was like they decided to have the final minutes under a microscope.

Bengals had the ball before the last punt. Could have won it. Didn’t see ref involved in 3rd down sack.

Burrow threw some great, good, and bad passes. A few bad interceptions.

Blaming it all on officiating is cringy.

Don’t forget the ridiculous taunting call that cost Chiefs 15 yards on a crucial drive.

And the 35 yard penalty on the KC punt return that took at least 3 points off the board for KC.

Chiefs had to overcome quite a bit of bs from the refs but they did it.

That is when I knew something was truly going on with the refs. That was as blatant as the no interference call against the Saints that still goes down as the worst non call in NFL history considering when and where it was not called. But that is just the NFL or ya!
