Spartans have 4+ turnovers and went for it 2x on 4th down and didn’t get either.
Michigan State is also not very good.

I did think Schiano would have them playing better, he's at least got them to care a lot more and commit more resources to football. Sparty isn't very good so idk about the whole winning record thing but Rutgers probably won't be as much of a joke and the glorified bye week as they have been for their Big 10 tenure thus far.

On a side, Rutgers has looked good capitalizing on MSU turnovers. Also, schainos team looks well more prepared.
