She's a celebrity at this point, not a journalist. That said, the Jussie interview wasn't a mistake. She didn't sit down with him to professionally probe for the truth. She agreed to provide him a platform to spread his lies without any hint of challenge.
Her zeal to advance the social justice narrative outweighed any consideration of seeking objective truth. That wasn't a mistake - it was intentional.
