While I know he might not be as fast as Tavon Austin. Yes, Tavon is a WR, not a RB (although he rushed for 600 yards)

Isnt it kind of odd how he just disappeared? Dude was electric with the football in his hands.

Too bad he couldnt transition to WR like Austin. But I figured he'd still be in the league at least as a return man.

Devine didn't get drafted at all, and had injury concerns.

The Eagles had him around for a bit.

He just wasn't any good.

Was just as shifty, but didn't have the top end speed of an Austin. Got run down from behind multiple times while at WVU.

I think he ended up in Canada, mostly returning kicks.

Devine’s example starts with his own children – seven-year-old Desirae, four-year-old Destyni and six-month-old Noel – at the home he shares with Candace Chikitus, his girlfriend of nine years.

“He’s a great father; the kids never have a dull moment with him,” said Chikitus, 26, an ophthalmic technician. “He’s always said he wants to give them what he doesn’t have.”

Small slot receivers are a huge part of the NFL now.

Small running backs aren't.
