I’m kinda stoked about this season. Last season had some great races. Blaney to Team Penske!

Go 12!

The Clash is 2/11, so then? I don't know that they'll do any manufacturer or tire testing leading up to it or not.

Almost time for sprint cars kicking off in Florida

Go with Elliot that what most of the site will do I think.

I am going with Kyle just because of his hot wife. Plus he can flippin drive a car better than anyone else.

Can't go wrong with Ryan Blaney or Kyle Larson. Or I can see Chase as well but my background is dirt.

Christopher Bell should do pretty well in Xfiniti this year, I wouldn't be shocked to see him make a few cup starts later this year.

I’ve been around NASCAR since the late 80’s.

This Blaney kid is the real deal.

They ended Preseason Thunder (what the testing was called) 3-4 years ago

Our first action is probably the week of the Shootout very sadly

I'll try to start a Speedweeks thread when the time comes but they have fricked up Jayski so bad idk if I can fill it with the content I have in previous efforts

In a related note, I see the great Dan Gurney passed away yesterday.

I hope Ford brings his legendary GT to either the Rolex 24 or to LeMans this year as homage to him. The man is a legend that most avg sports fans don’t know much about sadly. A 30 for 30 on him would be awesome!

Dan Gurney Legend Article

The fact that he basically ‘invented’ the celebratory “Champagne Spray” is badass.

The fact that he could win in everything he drove was even more badass.

Only testing in Charlotte, Kansas, Richmond, and Vegas this year. The Charlotte test is for the road configuration.

This is why I think Smoke is very underrated as a generational talent. He won in everything he drove in.

Everything.

Only the retards at ESPN could have screwed up something so badly. That used to be the go to site for all things NASCAR. It's absolutely worthless now.

I legit put him in the same class as Foyt and Andretti as guys who can win in any category.
