Which one would you say has been more successful:

QB1: 28-25 in the regular season, team has had two losing seasons with them at the helm. 2 playoff berths.

QB2: 29-21 in the regular season, team has one losing season with them at the helm. 2 playoff berths.

QB1 has had the better offensive supporting cast, easier division and better HC. QB2 has had the better defense. Both have been to the Pro Bowl.

How much better was the defense for qb2? How much better were the offensive weapons for qb1?

Here are the defensive comparisons:

Average PPG allowed by their defense in their season's as starter, followed by their defense's average ranking:

QB1: 25 ppg and 20th

QB2: 19.9 ppg and 7th

Some notes: Both have had an All-Pro defensive player their on their team (QB1 for all 4 years, QB2 for 3 years), but QB1's missed significant time during one of their seasons and they also had their 3rd best defensive player miss more than half that same season and that led to them having the worst scoring defense in the league that season.

As for offensive weaponry, the only comparison I can think of is how many pro bowl/all-pros they have had on offense around them:

QB1: 3 All-Pros, 2 PBers

QB2: 4 PBers.

Coaching favored QB1.

It’s pretty bad when we can spot who at least one of these two is without opening the thread simply because you are the one posting it.
