If the Vikings have the money to throw out there and take one more shot, this is probably the last chance they have anytime soon with what's left of this defense and AP.

Their defense fricking sucks. Jordan Jefferson could throw for 300 yards on that abortion of a secondary.
Peterson may not be ready for the start of the season. It would take a 100% Manning to be a contender. Moss would not be enough alone.

Theyre still good against the run, and I'll take Manning over most teams in a shootout. This is assuming he could play, AP is a healthy enough threat, and they added a Randy Moss. None of which is happening.......so I have no point.

I thought he "retired" in '11 because no one would wanted him. How NE didn't sign him right before the SB is beyond me. I think he could've walked on the field and scored

He had offers apparently but i think the only team he wanted to play for didnt want him.
His only chance at being successful again is being humbled like he was in 07. If he came back last year it would have continued his degression back into a selfish player
He now just has to convince a contender that he is 07-08 Moss and not 09-10 Moss
