Yeah, but this is HUGE for a pitcher, especially a reliever. Like a couple of guys who used to close games in LA and San Diego...

Compare Dennis Eckersley photos from his years with Boston and Cleveland to his years with Oakland. He was skinny as could be when he was a starter for Boston and Cleveland, but he was buff when he was a reliever for Oakland and teammates with Canseco and McGwire.

Pitchers had to step their game up so they could "K" steroid sluggers. Now that steroids are largely ruled out of the game, it's evolved into a pitchers game. Perfect games, no hitters, and the like will be much more common over the next ten years, than the last ten, I guarantee it.
