Yep. Management in any type of organization has difficulty recovering to excellence again. I thought the same after 1/9/12, and said as much to my friends while watching the game. It would seem like a total dick move, but it would be the healthiest thing from an organizational perspective. Start fresh.

Yeah and lost to the eagles on a 4th and short from the goal line.
I will give Quinn credit for taking them back to the playoffs but it seems clear we need a change in leadership. The defense is literally horrible. Like worst in the league and not close to the next worst team.
