“Passing” grades but Jayden was clearly the best player

Also QBR:
Caleb 22.2
Bo 31.7
Jayden 41.9

Why limit it to just passing?
quote:

QBR considers various factors, including passing performance, rushing, fumbles, and situational factors, such as down and distance, adjusted for the strength and ranking of opposing defenses.

Daniels's lack of NFL passing competence/experience cost his team the game, same as Williams and Nix.

This is why I question PFF.

17/24 for 184. 0/0
26/42 for 138. 0/2

Somehow, the bottom stat line is “better”?

ETA: And somehow, 14/29 for 93 0/0 was the best of the 3?

Yeah, I’d need to see the work on this.

Yes, because their offense sucked.

Offense and defense don't perform in a vacuum independent of each other.

Not saying their defense was good, im just saying this time next year Daniels will be much better and so will the team.

Word to the wise: Ignore PFF’s overall grades. PFF’s value is in the individual metrics for players, not their overall scores as their biases are dialed up to 11 in them.

Another good comparison, scoring offense:

Jayden, 20 pts
Bo, 16 pts
Caleb, 9 pts

You're right. He needs to get out there on defense and help them not give up 37 points.
