Umm; you think they did this under the assumption not 1 player in all of Pennsylvania High School Football would test positive?

Penn gov. is a Democrat I believe. He'll step in and kill this. As mentioned it's also a huge swing state.

Gov will get his orders from the DNC and he'll shut down everything.
