I still think he doesn't deserve to be a joke considering the team he put together last year. That was some nice maneuvering- just bad luck that Boogie and Rondo bailed.

Demps made some bad moves but ultimately was snake bitten by injuries and handcuffed by the organization.
We never got a full season of health from his Jrue/EG/Reke/Ryno/AD core, then when he got Boogie and Rondo Boogie went down, and if he didnt the entire scope of the franchise might be different right now.
Biggest mistakes
Hill contract
Tyreke trade when he already had EG and Jrue
Ajinca/Asik contracts.

The moment that AD wanted out, Demps was fired. That doesn't stop the New Orleans front office from big dicking the Lakers. Everyone knew that Demps wasn't the one calling the shots though.

He's also traded away picks that have prevented us from acquiring any form of depth through the draft. I am so glad he is gone.
