Not surprising. I never looked at him while at Baylor and thought he’d do well making the jump to the NFL. He will get a top college job next year and be just fine.

Nebraska coach until Penn State job comes open then it will be Penn State for him. In the end, he loves the NFL more than college so that will always be a threat but I don't think the NFL will be giving him another chance anytime soon.
