They have the same amount of national titles that they didn't split or back into with two losses. Trophies are the same, the accomplishments are not.

Les Miles is a shitty gameday coach...pretty sure LSU fans deep down think so. Alot of excitement when the arkansas rumors started flying.

so the concept of opportunity costs is foreign to you then.
LSU should have accomplished more. They should be, even with saban's departure, the best college football team of the last 13 years, but thanks to Miles...not.

As many big games as Miles has lost with a dumb decision he has won with ballsy calls that no other coach would have made.

And also if we're being honest for a minute there are very few coaches who have won at the level Les Miles has won. Coaching hires are a crapshoot and there's no guarantee that even if we got a better gameday coach that he would be able to do the macro level things that Les Miles is outstanding at that have kept LSU up in the top 5 programs in the country. It's no divine right to be there, just look at where USC, Texas, Michigan used to be and where they are now.
