Him and I have been doing this together for almost 8 years now, I made him create a twitter handle this week for his picks.
He went 8-3 on the week on posted picks.
He has a formula he has created that we have been testing using retroactive stats. From everything we have tested it is around 66% on sides and 70% on totals, and usually starts firing around week 4 or 5.
I set him an account on cover to "track" his plays.
