you're not the first person I've heard mention this. How is this easy money? Totals?
Yeah, I had a buddy that was doing WNBA totals and couldn't lose. I think eventually he quit when people found out and made fun of him.

Vandy +3 vs Ole Miss
Hawaii +22 vs USC
SMU +6 vs Texas Tech
Virginia +3.5 vs BYU
California +5.5 vs Northwestern
Pitt +10 vs Florida State
I haven't done any research on these matchups yet.
I know Ole Miss has been getting TONS of hype all off season (meaning people could possibly be overvaluing them). This line may be prime value with Vandy +3 (plus they are at home)
BYU going cross country, and the number for UVA is +3.5.
NW traveling a ways to Cali. Would like this number better at +6
Florida State lost some talent on the d-line and their quarterback to the NFL. I have no idea what Pitt is at this point. 10 points is a lot to GET at home against a team that lost their QB.
I haven't bet on any of the above yet. I still need to do some research. However a home team in college football GETTING points always peaks my curiosity.
So, I guess it's good news that I'm on opposite side of every single one of these.

Haven't bet on any of them. Was just pointing out some home dogs. I may keep track of all home dogs in CFB this year and see the results when home teams are GETTING points.
ETA: LSU is sitting at (-4) on 5dimes for anyone interested

I havent even really looked at lines yet. Bama should be a lock to cover though. that and LSU might be my only week 1 games pretty heavy

If bama covers, it won't surprise me, but I don't like (-18.5) as a number. Gonna wait to see how it moves closer to game time.

I just dont see Va Tech scoring on them. 38-10 type of game. I will probably tease them and LSU to get that below 14 and LSU in pretty much a pick

But Logan Thomas has all the measurables and physical talent of a great QB.
Announcers slob on his knob so badly.

everytime I hear them talk about him my jaw just drops. Like yeah hes got the body and tool but hes frickING TERRIBLE!

Worst accuracy ever. He can bomb it. But that doesn't help when he bombs it 20 feet over a WR's head into a DB's chest.

Got $50 in my BetOnline account to use before Thursday. Time to make some week 1 bets.
ETA: Anyone know if BYU's defense is gonna be as good as it was last year?
BYU/UVA UNDER 46.5 looks nice.

Bama -18 is a lock.
LSU -4.5 seems pretty favorable as well.

Haven't locked it in yet, but I like Wash State +15.5

4 is the 4th most likely "key number" in CFB. Just an FYI.
Oh ok thanks

Agreed. I don't think people outside of the area realize how much hype is surrounding the first game in the new Husky Stadium for Washington. The atmosphere for that game is going to be amazing. I think it could be too much of a factor to try to put any money on the game. It actually opened up at UW -2.5 and shifted to -4 pretty quickly.
That atmosphere is one thing but my rationale was based on the bowl game. It's hard to beat a team twice and BSU was clearly better in the trenches, especially their dline vs. your oline. UW returns everyone and BSU lost some. UW seemed better everywhere else. However, I give BSU the edge in the coaching department with time. Hard one to pick.

UW tight end Austin Seferian-Jenkins broke his pinkie in practice on Monday and will need surgery. No timetable for return. Big blow.
Damn. Weird timing. Just got this on twitter. Sorry Mutts.
BSU looks good get on it now.

I'll be in Vegas for week 1. Never been. Idk if I want to leave the sports book Saturday. I'm going to be in heaven.

frick you. I was at the sports book a couple of weeks ago and had baseball and soccer to throw bets on. The O/U for 5 innings made it a little better.
I asked what events are the best at the sports book and they said 1) NCAA March Madness and 2) first week of CFB.
Enjoy.
