No clue, just tuned in.
ETA: According to the play by play, he hit into the water on Tee Shot, still had 300+ to the green, hacked in into a few bunkers and missed a putt for a double.

According to shottracker he went right on his tee shot. Not sure if it went in the water but he took a penalty stroke, teed off again and went in the left fairway bunker. Then the shottracker lost it and showed a 8.
Peterson at -8 tied for 13th and Looper -10 tied for 5th.

Got a shot in my lower back last week that has reduced the amount of lower back pain significantly. The bad news is that the Doc said I won't be able to swing a golf club.

I haven't been able to play for going on 9 years. Of course you miss it, but you get used to it. Still love to watch it and talk about it.

Yep, he's got a great swing (don't they all ).
Kind of strange he only has 3 Ws. I think his short game probaly contributes to that.

They just announced that they are moving up tee times tomorrow because of the weather threat. They'll use both tees, and go off between 7:00 - 9:00. If you're going, get out there early because play will probably be over by 2:30.

Don't know him well but have played a lot of golf with him .. Just a good story ...I will never forget the last round of state am in 2007 (I think) at TPC. I was paired with him the last round and he birder 18 to shoot even - which was the lowest score he had shot at that time. He was so pumped up it was contagious.
He has come a long way since then. Hopefully he will play well tomorrow and get into some more events.

Ken Looper with a 67 today after an eagle on 18, currently sits at T7. Here's a little background on him for those of you who aren't familiar. He is a Fontainebleau High graduate, currently plays out of Beau Chene and played his senior year at LSU, after a transfer from UNO. He has a LOT of game -- 2 wins on the NGA tour last year. Made it to the final stage of US Open qualifying last year and was in position to qualify until a back nine 40 did him in. Should have a pretty big gallery tomorrow. Sort of a late bloomer, but a very bright future.

My boy Looper doing awesome! So happy for him. Hope to meet up with him and his gf after the tourney tomorrow. Hopefully he is $1.152mil richer at thatbpoint
