Here's one reason why minor-league baseball teams are so awesome: On May 23, the Florence Freedom are hosting a Manti Te'o Girlfriend Bobblehead Night. Yes, the team says, the box with the bobblehead will be empty. Also, one section of the ballpark will be reserved for patrons to attend with their imaginary friends, girlfriends, boyfriends or spouses. There will be an air guitar contest, a make pretend kiss cam and an imaginary food fight. And it's $1 beer night.
