Every year, in college football, NBA, and the NFL you can rest assured that you know one of the teams that will be playing in the championship game or series.

It’s boring, it’s lame, and it doesn’t add any enjoyment to the game.

I would like to just be able to watch a game and enjoy it rather than pull for a team I normally wouldn’t pull for because I’m tired of seeing the same thing year in and year out.

It’s gotten incredibly stale.

How about Purdue over Ohio state?

I'm guessing you don't count 98% of the games because
" nothing was on the line".

Dynasties are great for sports, if you’re a fan of the team that’s the dynasty.

I was younger but it seemed a lot of non fans enjoyed the Celtics, Cowboys, Bulls, Lakers. People even enjoyed the Warriors for a while.

But I mean what's your solution? The best teams are winning. Should the leagues rig it to spread the championships around so you enjoy it more?

I don’t like successful teams or organizations. Everyone should have a chance to win and everyone should get a participation trophy - TigerFanInSouthland

I’m also a giant poosay and unable to appreciate hard work and dedication - TigerFanInSouthland

I was either not born yet or very young for these dynasties, however, I doubt that people outside of their fanbases were really thrilled about em.

There isn’t a solution, I just find this shite boring.

People definitely loved Jordan and the Bulls. They rooted against their own teams even. People love greatness. Used to, anyways

new York Yankees

Montreal Canadiens

Those were the dominant franchises when I was a child.
There was little movement of players.

The same terrific guys played for Montreal every year. And they were so much better than the ny rangers it was obvious to me.

Boston Celtics had the best center and best pg.
Dominant.

At least now you can change the channel and choose series a or premier league or 5 college basketball games.

That's the other thing. You can watch your team more than ever just because you love your team. You can watch more different games than ever just because you love the sport. Don't love the teams in the Championship, so what, that's 1% of the season

I don't really have a complaint with the NFL dynasties

It's much tougher to have a dynasty in the NFL than the NBA where they just form super teams

The Patriots are the exception, not the rule
