I think the Magic and Pistons are probably the only teams that wouldn't take him 1, and I'm not even sure about the Magic. A lot depends on how his surgery went though.

The good thing about whoever drafts Noel...
You can get a very good player....and still tank. Let him heal up all year ala Blake Griffin his rookie year (obviously Blake hurt his knee in the preseason though)
Then you can get a Wiggins, Randle, or another one of the Kentucky players

This. Hell after watching most top prospects flame out in the tournament, Noel prob improved his stock even more by not playing.

Lol, if the Hornets somehow (probably won't happen) get the #1 overall pick again, and get Noel, that potentially could be the best shotblocking team in NBA history with Davis and Noel on that front line.
