True but that goes for all 32 teams.

We overpaid for sure, but he was best T on the market and it was a major need and we have the cap room so I don't mind it.
Hopefully this means Miller can flip back to RT where he played in college, and Brown stays at LT.

Still an uphill climb with Kansas City and The Chargers as the leaders in that division

Yes, and then he broke his foot in 2017 and was worthless again in 2018 with more injuries, now 36.
Will be cut and save 7.25M.

Gotta keep in mind that signing FAs from the Pats always works out

Chiefs sure, I don't think anyone views the Chargers as long term threats with Rivers' age.

Or, save yourself the headache of paying him a ridiculous amount of money he'll demand and draft a RB in the draft. Just look at the RB's the last few years that have been drafted in the 2nd round or later:

Nick Chubb (2nd) , Kerryon Johnson (2nd), James Conner (3rd) , Kareem Hunt (3rd), Alvin Kamara (3rd) , Joe Mixon (2nd) , Derrick Henry (2nd) , Kenyan Drake (3rd) , Jordan Howard (5th

Trent Brown ranked #32 in the NFL among tackles in

grades last year. That's lower than Riley Reiff, who is seen as a problem in Minnesota.

There's also this:
Think they overpaid for Brown, but anyone who watched Carr last year knew he was getting pressured the second he dropped back. You could have gotten better protection from cardboard cutouts of Hall of Famers than last year's line. I also am holding out some hope that they get rid of fricking Tom Cable.
