Yes. Running back ran to the edge, Waddle stood still and set the edge, LB/ DB was tracking RB sideways and ran straight into Waddle because he wasn't looking at him. Shouldn't ever be a block in the back if the blocker is planted or standing still.

The AFC North Is the AMC Pacer of the NFL this year. Switch the Steelers or Ravens out for the Cardinals and they would be in last place in the NFC West.
