Yep. I guess that qualifies as the 5th makeup call. At least I hope it is a makeup call. To blatantly miss that many calls should require the league to bring out a breathalyzer. I know the Refs get blasted on here every game, but the CBS crew has brought it up 3-4 times now.

I am not saying it’s some sort of conspiracy for Jags to win but these penalties or lack thereof are having a very direct impact on this game.
