NFL is boring.

Every team runs the same offense, too many punts, low scoring…..college is so much more exciting and unpredictable.

While I prefer college football largely because of the atmosphere, there are exciting games in the NFL. That Bills/Chiefs playoff game last year was something special.

But Saturday is my favorite day of football, and it's not even close.

The NFL has a collection of compelling storylines for damn near every game. The NFL is peak American professional sports.

The NFL, and football in general, was way more fun when you could knock the shite out of each other and celebrate.

We can’t even watch a “Jacked Up” segment on NFL Live anymore because the league has gotten so soft.

I really enjoy the quality of NFL football. I wish they’d shift a little more towards letting defenses play, though.

Yeah CFB is real exciting - Bama vs UGA/Ohio St./Clemson almost every single championship game.

Said while Sunday Night Football is a matchup between a team that is forced to play the QB they didn't want and a team with a complete imbecile for a head coach.

Does seem like a lot of the offenses are off to slow starts this season. I've heard some people have the opinion that this could be due to the lack of practice and game reps in the preseason.

The NFL has consistently close and competitive games. Most college games involving actual contenders are blowouts. The consistently close games are usually between teams most aren’t watching.

College is fun because there is tons of variation in scheme, and the fans/atmospheres are better. But the actual product on the field is so much better in the NFL.

You couldn't find Bills/Dolphins compelling? Colts upsetting Mahomes? Lamar out dueling Mac?

That Bills/Dolphins game was high drama. Maybe some people can't enjoy football without some dorks in big hats playing the tuba

That's exactly what it is. September football in the NFL is garbage. Tackling is atrocious because no one hits in the preseason. OL play usually stinks for the same reason. The NFL let the NFLPA dilute their product with all the off-season restrictions.

I feel like this is the worst start to a season I can remember

Games are close but they’re not good

They should have a top 10 and put the number by the team like they do in college.

Then I’d at least have some kinda idea what I’m watching. Like oh the browns are beating number 1 Tampa. This is a big upset about to go down I better tune in.
