NFL Betting 2020
Weird year. Home teams are only covering 52.5% of the time. Favorites are only covering 47.4% of the time Breakdown of Home/Away and Favorites/Underdogs after 12 weeks

While it’s good to aim for 55-60% of your bets, the top capper on VegasInsider is at 60%.

Home field doesn’t mean much this year.

I feel like home field only means something for a handful of teams in the nfl and even then not much

Not like people like to weight in for college football where it means more. Too many nfl teams can do silent counts and signals and other things college kids can’t execute

Only if you're the #1 seed

Honestly, the only fields where home field actually matters if Green Bay and Chicago with their field and weather. The Saints have a different type of turf but it's not enough for a point differential advantage.
