He wanted so bad for them to call the Ertz catch incomplete

I think part of it is the incredulous decisions of the past like the Dez no catch and the Jesse James one, but still it was pretty bad.

I understand the disagreement with the first one, but the second one was abysmal. He makes some really good points throughout the game, but also says stuff that's just absurdly dumb.

Nah. Dude has seen enough NFL officiating to know they are wildly inconsistent. He was just preparing the viewers.

I do hate his voice though. Sounds very pompous.

Yeah that was terrible.

He's not very good.

The Eagles also had the ball around midfield, down 1 point, with 4 minutes left and he said the Eagles need to start worrying about the clock.

I watched the game muted for most of it. You can't imagine how much more relaxing it is to watch without having to listen to the game announcers' stupid prattle.

frick, I feel like as an announcer for the Super Bowl, you shouldn’t make it about YOU or your stupid fricking prediction

Explain the play. Explain the rule. Let the viewer decide

The play clock. They almost got two consecutive false starts.

It wasn't an incompletion. Only butt-hurt Pats fans say it was. LOL!

That is what I kept saying why is this even a discussion? He crossed the plane with the ball. Have the pros changed what a touchdown is now?

It was an incompletion but there was no way they were going to not give it to them.

What was incomplete about it? He caught it, secured the ball, ran like two yards, and then dove into the endzone.
