So, as promised.....
It's tradition for us San Antonians to gift our less basketball-fortunate friends up I-10 the first game of the season and/or playoff series (then win it on the back end, because tPecking order
).

But really, with Kawhi on minutes restrictions, I don't foresee a close game. I'm having a hard time getting up for a game against the rockets. Just doesn't feel like much. They're no mavs. Which is weird, considering the mavs have sucked for some time now.

How is that setting up a narrative? The spurs are supposed to lose on the road against the current hottest team in the NBA. If the spurs win, you are correct, 'LOL at CC'

Nah. My honest opinion is that Houston rolls easily tonight. They should. They're at home. They want this game after the way last season ended (any team would). Spurs aren't anywhere near gelling yet with Kawhi just coming back. No excuses, of course. Houston is just the better team at this juncture and should show that.
We'll see if that's still the case later in the year.
