So the Patriots have pretty much lost all their valuable free agents?

Some times he’s awesome and then other times he’s very average

Great guy off the field, glad to see he got paid. Giants apparently made him the highest paid LT in the league which obviously the pats weren’t ever going to do.

Pats have a huge hole at LT now. Figure they’ll have to make a trade or use their first rounder on that which they’ve hd good history doing

instead of getting Brandin Cooks last year they could've used that #32 pick on Ryan Ramczyk

He’s not highest paid olinemen in the league good, but he’s still under 30 and fills a gigantic need for NYG. He’s far and away the best available oline in FA or the draft, so he got paid.

Pats would’ve been fricked at WR last year without cooks. And they have a good RT which is what Ramczyk is no? So that would’ve been a weird pick.

If they get a quality tackle in this years draft it’ll be a wash. They went to the Super Bowl with LaAdrian waddle being a starter. In Scar I trust.

Ramczyk can play either tackle spot and it's not that hard to find WRs

It is hard to find elite level deep threats, and NE in particular sucks horrendously at drafting them.

Saints fans seem to have this vendetta against Cooks even though he was very productive there.

no vendetta, just think it's not that hard to find great WRs without having to give up 1st round picks

Where do you find them?

Scrubs like Albert Wilson are getting big bucks in FA. There’s a lot of talent in the draft but the pats are very bad at drafting WRs. They’ve tried that route before

Imagine that offense last year without Edelman, Cooks, And mitchell? YIKES. And add in Dola would’ve likely missed some time if he had to increase his usage because of those guys not being there and the Pats would’ve had a tough time keeping the suran wrap on Gronk all season like they did without another weapon to utilize in deep passing situations

Granted I’m not one that wants to throw all the money at Cooks just yet, but that trade was extremely vital to the Pats success last season and it’s a little early for hindsight on that trade, especially under the context of Solder leaving the next season

It really doesn’t matter how good he, he’s better than Ereck Flowers, and that’s the biggest part of this.

Have you submitted your resume to any scouting departments? Half the league could use a legit number 1 WR.

The patriots, one of the best run sports teams worldwide has drafted one WR worth a shite in a decade? And he was picked in the 7th round (they got lucky is what it is).

You should be happy your team has Sean Payton and Drew Brees.
