Big Unit has some of the nastiest close out pitches ever. He’s an absolute freak.

One of the best to ever do it. 6’8 three quarter arm slot giant who threw it high 90’s and a slider that was testing the laws of physics.

I remember watching his perfect game live on tv. Mike Hampton was shutdown that night too. Randy just had his slider dialed in all fricking night. It was amazing.

His slider was like none other. It would start off looking like a wild pitch and then just slide into the strike zone.

Wasn't even the best pitcher of his era. Clemens and maddux are higher in the list

Nolan and Randy could dominate a single game like no other pitcher.
