Might barely be in, but because the ref waits until he's tackled to guess that it was good, this won't be overturned and it's a tied game.
If he calls it no good instead, I'm not sure that's overturned either. His hesitation bugs me because of that.

NFL coaches are seriously so fricking stupid when it come to calling time outs. If KC takes their TOs before the 2 minute warning and SD runs three straight times, they would have kicked the FG at the 2 minute warning. By not calling them before the 2 minute warning, now they will get to kick a FG at about 1:10 on the clock.
