Texas' farm system is better than 3/4's of the league. Whether or not you think Gallo is overrated or not is irrelevant. Do you rate prospects for a living? Do you work in pro baseball? Unlikely. Do you even follow the Rangers or read the Newberg Report every morning? I'm gonna guess no and that you likely don't even know who Jamey Newberg is.
I'm not sure what makes a prospect 'elite' to you, bht Gallo and Profar definitely fit that bill. And to say Profar isn't a prospect is laughable. He's 23, the same age Kris Bryant was when he debuted.
Brinson is one of the top five CF prospects in the league along with several other Texas youngsters. If you would like to keep arguing I'll be here all night.
