May have been discussed but any speculation on what the Yankees lineup will look like?

I think you will see a trend of teams trying to limit pitchers to 150 innings.

The trick will be getting the aces to buy in on the trend as it relates to compensation, championships, and longevity of career.

The Astros had the luxury of having their most innings pitched from a guy who didn't even make the playoff roster. But we didn't have a pitcher w more than 150 maybe outside of Verlander.

If the Astros sign a significant SP to a multi-year deal, the writing is on the wall that Keuchel will not be re-signed.

Him signing with Boras yesterday was pretty telling imo

Absolutely. I think it’s already there and that’s fine. I don’t really want a part of a long term large money deal for him.

Poor guy deserves a big money contract he's unlikely to get. When he hits the market, he'll probably be throwing 86-87 mph by then and on the wrong side of 30.

And to think the Rangers could have had Stanton five years back for Profar, Mike Olt and Martin Perez...Thanks JD

its kind of crazy how what was supposed to be a franchise altering group of prospects for the rangers fell flat on its face

I’ve seen

Gardner
Judge
Stanton
Sanchez
Bird
Didi
Hicks
Headley
Torres

But I would kind of expect Bird or Didi to split up the three righties. And Frazier has to be in the plans somewhere.

Don’t really see how that’s possible
